Re: no weight lost

When I have done this diet in the past the first week I only lose 4-6 pounds and then on the second round I did not lose anything until the 7th day and it was only 3 pounds.  So stay off the scale until the morning of day 8 and keep up the good work

Re: no weight lost

I weigh myself daily in the morning when I wake up.  It's good to weigh at the same time to try to make it consistent.  Then I track my results with this tool found at: http://www.red-bean.com/fitz/ig/google15/faq.html

It gives you a visual to look at an calculates your actual weight, since it can fluctuate so much from day to day.  It lets you know when you're on track and when you're slipping away from your goal weight.  It has been very helpful for me, especially on those days when the scale says I've gained a few pounds.  I heard about this site from a review in either SHAPE or Health magazine.

I hope it works for you!  Good luck!

Re: no weight lost

Thanks for the link td007.  I am not a fan of weighing myself each day but will give this a try  another website to tack your food and calories burned with exercise is actually the slim fast website.  You can calculate how many calories in the soup and add that to your list of foods then track your progress too.  I liked that I could put how many glasses of water, how and what kind of exercise and all my food and it would give me totals for each day.
