I think the headache comes with the territory! For me it was due to caffeine withdrawal so I just drank my coffee and the headache went away!

You can always try a small portion of protiein. Sounds like hypoglycemia. Not a doctor, but it is obvious your body is telling you something. If that does not work, try a couple of crackers. It is not going to kill you, just remember- you can't diet if you are sick! Trust what your body tells you!
The 3dd is even lower in cals. but, if you are interested, I think that they talk about it in several posts recently.

I'll bet it's the coffee (or lack thereof)
Tomorrow is my day2 and I will have my one cup of Java in the morning...but no more.
People claim it does not interfere with success... but I don't know if that is a fact or not.

ive done this diet 3 times. i have the same symptoms for the first three days.
it doesnt have anything to do with being hypo glycemic. its a combinatin of toxins coming out of your body and a lack of daily calories consumed.
think about it.... we are shocking our system and its reacting.
id suggest trying a cup of coffee if you are a coffee drinker.
another suggestion.....work out. i have to say the only way i was able to fight these symptoms is through working out. the more you sweat the more toxins your body releases. it may sound impossible now but just try what you can. i guarantee you will start to feel better.
and if that doesnt work....take a nap

My down fall is my wine which I willl be giving up until I reach my goal weight and then I will only have occationally..
Hang in there were are here to support you through this week

Today is my 2nd day on the CSD and I've worked out both days rather strenuously. I like to be active and this whole idea of a diet and eating healthier has really motivated me to step up my workout routine as well. Try incorporating some activity into your day and also drink TONS of water! I know this may sound bad, but have you tried some Excedrin or other pain meds? Good luck, and I hope you start feeling better soon!
