
hi im jess and im in the uk, i have decided that after been at slimming world for 18mnths and been like a yo yo its time to get my but in to gear.
i currently weigh 238lbs and have 98 lbs to loose !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel so down heartned and hope that in joining you guys i can really make a huge difference . i am so ashamed that i have cacelled my holiday as i know that i will have to have my safety belt extended. i have put on a great deal of weight through having my 2 children but i want to loose the weigh tfor them i dont want to be that fat mummy in the play ground i would welcome any advice , funnies to cheer me up or nice recipeis xxx heres hoping that this is th ediet to work ill let you all no how im doing if there is any one else in uk shout hi or any one who wants to wave xxxx

I HAVE BEEN AND WEIGHED MYSELF I AM CURRENTLY 237 MADE MY SOUP AND AS OF TOMORROW IT CSD ALL THE WAY , I HAVE DECIDED TO TRY GET IN TO UNIVERSITY TO TRAIN AS A MIDWIFE SO NEED TO LOOSE THE WEIGH BEFORE I CAN GET ACCEPTED THI IS MAKING ME MORE DETERMINED THAN EVER GOOD LUCK ALL U PEEPS IN SAME BOAT
