
Hi Everyone! I hope this helps you, sometimes eating the soup makes me gag and I feel like I cannot eat anymore, so this is what I do to get through the week. I buy packets of Miso Soup at the supermarket and add it to the soup. It is a bit salty, so I do not suggest this if you are bloated, but I did not have a problem with it and it helped make the soup much tastier. I have still lost a nice amount of weight, I am on day 5 and have already lost 6 lbs. So, this diet really works, I have been walking an hour a day which helps, and I like this diet because it is pretty healthy with all the fruits and veggies you eat, so stick to it and you will see great results!
