new mom needs new weight loss

I'm a new mom and gained 65 pounds during my pregnancy.  I have lost 50 since feb 11, 2007 which is exciting but now my body just seems stuck.  i need this extra 10 pounds off so I want to really try this diet out.  I am cooking the soup right now,  I used the optional V8 but used the spicy kind and a little curry because I like a lot of bite to my food.  I also loaded in the mushrooms because it's a favorite food of mine.  The soup tastes great right now and I don't even like cabbage.  I also just cut up a honey dew and watermelon for tomorrow and have some oranges and grapefruits ready for the next couple days. If anyone needs a buddy I'm online nightly and would love to chat it up.

Welcome aboard!
This is a great place for support we all have those pounds we want to lose.  And after having three children I remember the struggle to get those last "10" pounds off each time but it does come off.

btw congradulations on your new arrival, I know how much work it is and babies do keep you busy.

Re: new mom needs new weight loss

Did this diet once before and it worked great. Need to lose a few more pounds quicky so I am starting on Tuesday 9-4. Just remember it's only for 1 week and if you stick with it, it does work. Exercising does help too! Drinking plenty of water also helps make you feel full and will curb your appetite. Congrats to all who have tried this diet and succeeded.
