Hello-
I have been on the diet since Monday and have only had a total of 4 bowls of soup. I didnt have any at all yesterday and was only planning on having one or two today. Due to the fact that I am not eating a large amount of the soup do you think I am not going to lose as much weight? I am following along with everything else, but just not that much soup. Is eating the soup the main factor in weight loss or is just a combination of everything? I just want to make sure that I am still on the right track despite my lack of soup eating.

Hi jjface...It is recommended to eat at least 1 bowl of soup daily. If you are eating l bowl of soup daily...that is really all that is required...at least that's my opinion. I have heard from other members that the more soup you eat, the more you lose. I do not believe there is any magic to this diet or chemical combinations, but remember, it is called the cabbage soup diet. I love the soup and eat tons of it...and have lost weight...so, I guess you will just have to see...........
good luck to you
