Congrads for the first day!
I have heard of some people using salad dressing, but they are all no calorie, no fat, no sugar salad dressings. Not to sure what makes you have there.
Suggestions for the veg. You can stirfry them, use a little soya sauce, or spray 'n cook. You can also do a roast, put them all in the oven at a high heat and season them. I must admit I didn't really want veg at all on the veg days. I missed fruit. But look around on the site, there are many suggestions.
