HOW MUCH FRUIT CAN I EAT? WHAT CAN I DRINK?

IS THERE ANY LIMIT TO HOW MUCH FRUIT I CAN EAT? DOES IT HAVE TO BE ALL FRESH FRUIT OR CAN I EAT CANNED FRUIT ALSO? DRINKS, I HAVE READ NO DIET DRINKS OR NO CARBONATED DRINK.. SO NO DIET POP? WHY IS THAT? HOW ABOUT SUGAR FREE DRINKS LIKE CRYSTAL LIGHT? ON VEGGIE DAYS CAN I EAT ALL THE SALADS I WANT? THANKS FOR THE HELP...

Hi rozz

It is best to eat fresh fruit and you can have as much as you like on fruit days.  It is not a good idea to eat the canned becuase it is packed with sugars

There are no carbonated drinks and sugar free drinks during the 7 days.  Coffee is limited so is tea.  For those you can add a little artificial sweetner I beleive, at least I do for my tea.

Have all the salad you want but the only dressing would be appe cider vinegar

Just two cents into the issue. Remember rozz this diet is meant to act as a detox too. So you should be aware of what you are putting into your body. The reason you aren't allowed carbonated drinks and even sugar free ones is to detox your body. If you want something sweet, try a herbal tea.
