Nearly at the end of day 7. I can't wait to weigh myself tomorrow morning. I know I have lost weight but I want to know how much.
What are you all planning to do next? I am going to follow this eating plan for a week:

It seems to be a calorie counted (1300 calorie) balanced eating plan. The food looks quite good, but quick and easy to prepare. I haven't decided what I'll do after that. I might to CSD again for a week, or Charito mentioned another interesting diet I might try.
So what will you all do?

I lost 7lbs! I'm really happy because I was hoping to lose 4lbs so this is great!
I'd love to know how the other 18th April starters did. Did you all lose loads of weight, too? I hope you did!
