Baked Potato question: which days is it allowed?
This will be my first time on the diet and I had a question about the baked potato. Are you allowed to have it on days 2, 4,5, and 7? Or only on day 2? Thanks for the help!

I wondered about that myself because on certain days it says "No baked potatoes today" kinda hinting that on other days that it's ok. Im on day two right now and had my baked potatoe this morning. Yum-o!
