it really works

this is my second time on the diet, i did two weeks in december and lost 2 1/2 stone.
amazing. i have now started it again today. i couldn't believe the loss, one or two bad things about the diet.
1. i cant stand the soup, it horrible. hate celery!!
2.the weight comes off so fast my tummy and tops of my legs were very saggy!!

i liqidised it the soup the first half the week, it was much better and put some mint in which was lovely. i also took some in a flask to college.
the only thing about doing that is you miss the chewing of food.
sometimes i really couldn't face a bowl of soup so i would do a cup full every so often.
i would recommed vitamins aswell, as i did feel very run down, and looked pale too.
but the good thing about this diet is it really works, i ve lost 2 1/2 stone, my mum and dad did it to and lost a 1 1/2 stone each in a week and a half.
also its only 7 days.
i really enjoyed the fruit. i had strawberrys, kiwi and melons.
loads of steak. i swapped the first day of steak for chicken breast, and stuck to the steak on the second meat day.
well all the best, stick to it. this time i am going swimming alot, and taking up aqua swimming next week.
will let you know the out come!!!
