New to the Website!

Hello all, I'm new to this website and I'm getting ready to start the diet here very soon. (within a few day) anything I need to know before I get started? I've got a few questions that maybe someone can anwser for me. Can I drink water everyday (rather then the skim milk on day 4)? The soup you only eat once a day? (some days just says once a day and some days does not). Why is it so stressed to only do the diet for 7 days? how come not any longer? If someone could let me know these things I'd appreciate it alot...

Hi Kim,
Welcome and good luck with the diet!  smiley-smile
I'm not sure the answer about the skim milk.  I'm pretty sure it is important, possibly because you are easing yourself back into proteins, but that may not be the right reason. But definitely drink water every day, and lots of it!
The soup you should eat as much as you want, whenever you are hungry.  A lot of people, me included, think that the more you eat the soup the more you will lose!
I'm sorry, I am not sure why they tell you to only do it for seven days.  But I do know that a lot of people have done it two weeks in a row and have been fine.  I'm pretty sure that the first week is a bigger weight loss, but they lost on week 2 also.

Thanks alot for your help. Im going to start it hopefully tomorrow I sure hope it works, according to evrything i've read so far i shouldnt have any problems. well just wanted to say thank you for the respone
