Charito, darling, you will be stunning for your wedding, no matter what! Get through your exams on the 12th and then we will all help you kick it into gear! You know we all love you and we're all behind you 100%!
Try not to put so much pressure on yourself, okay? Just believe in yourself as much as we all believe in you and you will be at your goal weight dancing the night away at your wedding before you know it!

OK, ladies I am going to reveal something else about myself...I work at Kraft Foods, so I was pleased to see that Charito would post a recipe from our Web site! Way to go Char!!! Cobb salad is my favorite salad, too. So I really LOVE that one!!
Think how hard it is for me to come to work every damn day and look at, talk about, work with, and taste food!! I know, now you all have an even greater respect for me, don't you?!?!
XOXO,
Jen

You're doing really great Charito: studying for exam, selling house, etc. it's really hard to diet with all that stuff going on. Don't stress too much, you'll get white hair
, I KNOW you will reach your target weight, you're always so motivated, and if you fall off the wagon, no matter, start again! and definitely take one day at a time.
Jen: wow, I do definitely have more respect for you. I'd be eating all the food! I love food! (yes, that's why I need to diet, haha).

Charito, you sound like the weight of the world has been lifted from you! As much as we love our friends and family around, sometimes we really just need some normalcy! And walking around in underpants is good too!
And Jen, wow, to full time work around food would make me nuts! I bartend at a banquet hall once or twice a week and my mom is the caterer there and her food is amazing. And loaded with butter and mayo and sugar..... (not all together, depending on the dish!) It is so hard to be around that food and the whole building just smells delicious, as soon as you walk in the door!!! But that's only a couple times a week, kudos to you for dieting while being around it every day! I am definitely such a foodie, I just love it. That's what brought me here to you all!!
Anyways, Charito, Keep up the good work darling you are doing great!!!

Lol well I don't get that at work.
My problem is at home, my son is an eager young training chef who practices at home on his girlfriend who he is trying to impress!!!! He has not yet learnt how to clear up so that's my job and boy do I wanna lick them bowls out!!!
For Charito we're rooting for you mate!
We'll be starting this proper soon!

Wow Jen! I get the Kraft newletter and have all my favorite recipes from them and they send me coupons for free stuff all the time just for answering servays! I always forward the recipes to my friends and family that I think will like them. I ge tthe magizine too and love it, the recipes are easy and great. But it's hard to even look at some of the pictures now without wanting to eat it! Pretty easy to lighten them up though, I use the "Light" salad dressings, the reduced fat cheese, and leaner meats when I can. But anyway, I can't imagine working with all that every day. You have to TASTE stuff?? OMG!!
and Mandy...I did bartend a little at college in Wisconsin and at THAT time at THAT bar, it was all you coud drink for free when you worked and when you didn't but just hung ot there, beers were a dime and mixed drinks were a quarter, for employees only, but still...that would be really hard to ty to stick with any diet when tending bar, because basically, that is the only way you cn tolerate all the drunks, right?
Charito, just study and enjoy life when you can. You look great now and you will for the wedding. Does the dress NOT fit or something? Gosh, my goal weight IS about 140 and your are about there now! But I know everyone wants to feel great and look great for their wedding, as those memories and the pictures will be with you to cherish forever. You will have no trouble, you have such determination, just don't work yourself into a frazzel and get sick and stressed okay?

Twilight, we "aren't supposed to" drink while we are working...
But my favorite time of the night is when we go sit down with a cold beer (or 2!) and count the tips!
Charito darling, are ya hanging in there? Check in with us, okay? We're all rooting for you here. And I will be saying a prayer for you for lots of success with your exam!
Have a good weekend everyone!

Girls,
You are so beautiful
I never expected so much care and support from people
it is really a blessing. Thank you!
I am so stressed out about this test, I don't feel ready but I was asking my partners and they say they neither felt ready for the test, I was thinking about the possibility of moving it to June 21 the most
I am so freaking out
but If I don't get a date between june 19-21 I am scr....
So I will have to go there and stand still with all those 12 patients, I am so anxious right now that can eat a cow ![]()
Dad, give me the strengths to face this next challenge ![]()
Ok whatever is the outcome I will do my best for the next 2 days and be done with this next Test.
Thank you girls, each of you are so nice, we all deserve to reach our goals, we do
so after this we are going to do a great team and watch our diets and workouts ok?
Blesses for you all,
Charito.

I agree sweetie, just do it, you are ready! Don't you think a doctor that is worried about things and apprehensive is better than some "over confident, arrogant" one? I would rather be your patient than ANY other doctors' out there!! You are so caring and honest! So don't worry my little Charito...you will be great!!
Life is a wonderful thing, take a huge bite of it and don't let it pass you by!! You my dear are our inspiration, so go out there and do your best and know that you have a HUGE cheering crowd!! We love you and are so proud of you and we KNOW that you WILL do great and WILL make us so proud!!

You can do it Charito, you've been studying so hard! I don't think we're ever ready when we have to take such a huge exam.

Monday June11
Thank you girls for all your advice, but I have to confess that I postponed my test for my own mental health
I was getting nuts cause I didn't have that much time to practice as many Patient Notes as I wanted so yesterday while studying a new date came available and I thank God for that, it was just the perfect day, before my hubby's birthday and my next course starting on june 25, yes this is my deadline, I wasn't gonna postpone it longer than that (june 21) it is so hard to get dates available specially at the last minute so I am really cool now, cause I got 10 days left to practice and practice
Count Down: 96 Days
I made my own Bridal Fitness Program
Let me show you...

This is my Workout Guide for the Gym:
At home I will use the Videos, dumbells, fitness ball, elastic band and stepper.
1h/day is the "at least" goal and 2h will be the ideal daily achievement.

Charito - great job on studying...it sounds like the extra 10 days will help ease the study stress! Good Luck...we're all cheering you on.
Maidofhonor - I understand about the food. I've worked at a bakery for 12 years...I only work part time now (because I love it working there and couldn't imagine giving it up) but it sure isn't good for my diet.
I recently made a website for the bakery... www.deelightsbakery.com

Thank you Preciosas!
It's 12:22 am tuesday already and I am all sweating, don't think bad
jeje, you know it was 10pm and beside my diet that was 1200cal, not so bad but I was aiming less than 1000, well, anyway I was feeling sad because between all my studies and phone calls I couldn't do my workout today, so I was feeling like a sucker
Then I read "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels" and it really lifted me back, I wouldn't screw my 1st official bridal boot camp day and then there they go the "loser" trying again, starting over, No Way!!!
So, I just finished my almost 1h cardio workout an 200 crunches, my husband said "What"? workout now?" and I said yes!"
I feel so happy with myself now. I decided not to take any orders from fried rice, cookies, ice creams or fries. I am not taking it anymore!
Thank you Amigas, you girls are awesome.
See you all tomorrow.
Good night!
Charito.
