A Little Motivation...

Hello Everyone,

I'm a 21 year old female with 2 little ones, I'm starting college this quarter and I'm a little nervous. First off I'm about 5'9" and I weigh 183 pounds...Can anyone tell me their weight loss stories using this diet including the timeframe and the amount. It would help me get over my new student jitters and also feel more better about myself compared to the high school freshmans...Thanks!

Re: A Little Motivation...

Hi there,
I started on 12-12-06 and lost 8 lbs for the week. I screwed up majorly because of the holidays with alcohol and desserts the few weeks after though.
I am 5'9 also and weigh 170lbs. I would like 2 lose 30 lbs.
The csd worked for me but i DID FEEL WEAK and IRRITABLE the first few days but it got better. Its good you have kids and school because it will distract u.
Stick to the menu and u will see results.
Good luck

Re: A Little Motivation...

Hiya,

I started the diet the first week of December.  I did it for 2 weeks straight and lost 16 pounds.  I took 2 weeks off for the holiday and gained back 6 pounds.

I am going to do two weeks (started yesterday) and expect to lose the six I picked up over the holdays and at least another 8.

The diet works if you stick to it.  I can speak personally,
And the great part about it is that it's always here. Anytime I feel like the scales are moving in the wrong direction, I do another week.

It is so worth it.  But you will never know until you do it.

Best of luck.  Be strong and you will succeed.
