Hi all!
Well week 1 is finished. I did the csd all week ,but added protein as I was feeling weak. I then followed my friends recipe, I posted in with spinach etc. and it was soooo much better then the cabbage.
Anyways as of tonight I have lost 10 pounds!!! I am soooo excited!

congratulations! that's awesome.
tavik, i only lost 4 lbs when i did CSD too (127 lbs to 123 lbs) but i didn't even think i would lose that much so i wasn't too disappointed. i didn't cheat either. it could be starting weight or it could be that some people's metabolism just works with CSD better than others??
