OK I am going to fess up and actually put my progress out there for you all to see and keep me in line LOL. On my off weeks the plan is to eat a little fruit for breakfast, soup and veggie snack at lucnch and in between meals, then mostly veggie dinner maybe some protien. Would love to see others add thiers to the list. My final goal is 30 pounds by Nov 1 or 2.5 pounds per week

It seems this off week for me is not going so good, seem to have lost my focus any suggestions from any of you?

I'm trying to get focused and I'm on a CSD on-week! It might help to write down your meals for the week. You could just do it the night before and write down what you'll be eating the next day and stick to it. That's what I've been doing and so far, so good today. About to have my lunchtime soup right now!
I also keep in mind how much happier I will be when I reach my goal and I've written down a list of motivators with colorful markers to turn to when I'm about to make a bad decision! I hope my suggestions help... I'm up for adive from others too! Don't worry- you're on the right track and people do make mistakes... we aren't perfect. Just stay focused and keep you eye on the ultimate goal. I've found it easier to make small goals vs. looking at my ultimate goal b/c then I meet them and feel accomplished.

I like your suggestion of writing down my meals for the next day, I will try that and I will put it where everyone in the family can see it so they can keep me focused too
