

Today is my day 1. I felt sick and my body felt weak. I slept most of the day. Should I try and do exercise while doing this diet? Will I get more energy from exercising?

hi... this is day 2 for me... i have alot of energy today. I think i will do some walking... thanks for the advise "wildbluecherry". Still don't like the soup though. I am not fund of onion and celery.

Hi Princess, I also was tired and weak on day 1 but by day 2 was feeling better apart from headaches and like Wildbluecherry I have walked 5miles almost every day, one day was very windy and wet. Try cooking garlic,greenginger,cayanne pepper or curry powder with the celery and onion in a little Pam then add tomatoes your water and rest of the ingredients

I have just finished viewing my giving up chocolate on the Dr. Phil show-thur.jan 4th and decided the cabbage diet is for me---this is my second time on the diet--I lost 8 lbs the first time and now I would be happy with another 8 before dr. phil sends me to texas to see a chocologyist. I was tired the first couple of days and started adding V8 jucie to the soup (low sodium) I like to use fresh spices. Since I use water pills for my blood pressure and walk every day, I am assuming the 8lbs is actually weight loss. Am I kidding myself or could that be right.

hi this is day 3 for me. I tried to weigh but the scale is not working. I do feel good. I have more energy. I don't feel tired and drowsy like how i usually feel after eating a meal. So i almost at the end of day three. Well Day 4 here i come.

Today is day one for me. I just finished eating my first bowl of soup. It's not too bad but I think that it is going to get old real fast. Looking forward to tomorrow so that I can snack on some veggies. I feel bloated right now. Is that normal? Does anyone else feel bloated right after eating the soup?

I am at day 5 . I had beef today but i am feeling really sick. I have stomach cramps. Is this normal?

Congratulations Chocolate Lady for going on this diet. Saw you on Dr. Phil. One thing a week of this diet will do for you is quell your craving for sweeets. I could eat a pound of chocolate a day myself, but I refuse to. Sugar makes me feel ill cause I am hypoglycemic and i just cant stand the insulin spikes and drops that sugar gives me. This diet smooths out the glucose in the blood. And the cravings stop. As you well know the more sweets you eat the more you want, so dont eat any.
Good luck to you and hope you dont have to "go away" for a spell.

Today is my seventh day.. wow it was an amazing week. I am feeling great and i have definitely lost some weight. hanks buddies for your support. I am taking a break tomorrow and start day one agian Saturday. So u will hear from me

i am feeling better. I definitely feel a different in my clothes. My tight jeans are now loose. So i know i definitely lost some pounds... My scale is still broken. I s probably a good thing... it keeps the anxiety down and i base my improvement on how well i feel and i feel Great!
