Hi, I just started the CSD and I feel really bloated after I eat. Is that normal? Did anyone else feel bloated? |

It is normal to be bloated but your body will adjust, it is all the veggies especially the caggage in the soup that is the culprit. After the second day you should notice a change and not feel so bloated |

Thanks for the reply! After the 7 days, will I gain the weight back when I go back to eating normal/healthy food? |

Crystal the csd is a way to kick start you metabolism it can be used long term but they do recommend you take a week or two off inbetween rounds. As far as gaining it back you will have to make some lifestyle changes. You can not go back to your old eating habits that is what got you there in the first place. You will have to gradually start making healthy choices in your food selection. I would not recommend you try and do it all at once this will just set you up for failure. So make a change of one or two items a week, replace those eve cookies with air popped popcorn, use FF milk instead of regualr, diet soda instead of reg etc. Also allow yourself a "cheat" or two, my cheat is that great friday night pizza and wine. I have done this before and lost 30lbs but gained most of it back when my "cheats" started to go from one a week to all seven days  and it was so easy to do, so now I am back on the "wagon" so to speak and really will have to make permanet changes |

Nancy-I know those cheats all too well also. I have gained control of the situation though and hopefully will soon see progress and get back down to where I was with my weight. Crystal-I agree totally with Nancy, that you have to allow yourself a cheat every now and then, but don't go crazy with it. I certainly need to learn more about portion control myself, but don't set yourself up for failure either. Good luck with it all. |

i have a quick and honest question to all i am a beer drinker i never really did the wine thing but in 1 yr i gained 20 pounds from drinking. When i say drinking i mean every weekend Fri,Sat and casually sometimes when cooking dinner during the week just 1 or 2... I was wondering if their was anyone that can give me a little heads up on a good wine to drink and let me know exactly how it taste Sweet,Bitter, Dry??? I want to start having wine instead of beer and my beer is a Corona with lime and salt!!! :PYummy:first: I know that the beer is the reason i gained :bored:so i hear from alot of people to switch to wine... But i also hear its really strong and you get headaches if anyone can give me a heads up i will be grateful... Thanks Oh and since i have been on ths CSD its day 3 i have had no BEER :( LOL only water!!! Scouts honor so i am not a alcohlic LOL:P |

LOL deegirl, I am a hugh wine drinker! and gained I would say the majorty of my weight becuase of that! When you drink alchohol, --wine, beer, gin, rum or vodka...take your pick your body turns that into sugar faster than melting butter on a hot day. And what is worse it will not let it go! |
