Hi Nancy, |

Hi guys, Congratulations to all of you. I was sick and still kinda am. I was supposed to be fasting, but couldn't because I had a bad cough and a sore throat so I had to take anti-biotics for 10 days. Yesterday was the last day and I'm just coughing a bit now, but I've started my fast. We'll see how I do, I'm not only doing this to lose weight but it's just a good thing to do for us to realize what poor people are going through and to give to charity. Anyways congratulations once again to all of you. Keep up the good work. |

LD don't worry every time I do this diet I do not see any change until day 5, 6 or 7 then all of a sudden poof! I am down 3/4 pounds |

Hi LD...sometimes it's best not to weigh yourself until you have finished out the 7 days. That way you won't get discourged and maybe even drop out of the diet. I waited till the 7th day was over and to my suprise...lost 8#. Now, depending on your original weight, if one is quite heavy and has a lot of weight to lose, it is not uncommon to lose well over 10#. but if you have very little to lose, you don't hold as much water and you won't lose like that. It is mostly water that you lose the first time and the bloatedness that one carries when overweight. Getting rid of the bloatedness is a good feeling, and makes you want to keep at it because you feel so much better. Just hang in :)there... and I'm sure if you are following the plan...you will see results after the 7th day...of course...depending on the water retention you have. |

Thanks for the feedback. I am starting my fourth day and am excited to eat 8 bananas!!! Anywho, I saw a two pound lose and I am feeling better. I was going to quit but I am going to see how it works. My husband is home grilling up steaks for tomorrow! ANything I should watch out for. I am feeling fine and not bathroom problems like some. Thanks |

I am also a new cabbage souper. Starting next week, but I've already been reading the comments just as an incentive. Sounds like everyone is doing well. |

Hello LD...actually on banana day, the way I understand it...as far as the quantity of bananas, I believe it is UP TO 8 bananas. I myself used 6 medium ones...but it's not a rule that you HAVE to eat 8 of them. You seem to be doing just fine...and good luck to you! |
