

Day two is going good as well! I had some raw veggies as snack... A salad for lunch..yes I added the feta cheese :S i duno if i was allowed but I'll skip the potato tonight. I went to the gym again!
For Day 4...I don't have skim milk, just regular milk..its ok no? Just for one smoothie?

Hi all
It is around 10am in South Africa, and I am on my way to the shops, to buy the ingredients for the diet!! Please let me know how you are holding out, and feeling!! I will be starting on the 17th of August, and although it is over a weekend, I am very motivated. Gained about 30lbs since my wedding in Sep 2006, and have to get it off!!
Please, I need the motivation, cause I am one of those people who CANNOT stick to a diet!!

Unfortunately I won't be doing it at the same time as you so we can't compare progress...I'm on day 3 right now and I've done great (I'm also incapable of sticking to diets but I keep telling myself its only 7 days) It isn't too hard to follow...Everyone here is real supportive..So just keep posting and we'll all help you!
They usually say Day 3 and 4 are the hardest..I'm on Day 3 and my ex wanted to go for lunch and I had to say no..so my will power is still strong (and after all he did replace me for a toothpick!) Maybe it'll be Day 4 that will be the toughest?
So far nothing special except today I started getting cravings
