Well you can console yourself with the fact that advocado is a definate no no on this diet anyway! Sorry I love it too!
I usually do a day one on day 7 or I have no rice but tuna instead but not the one in oil! I hate brown rice too!!!

Hi Chicas,
I am trying to figure out my menus for the 7 days, of course same ingredients but arranged in a nice and tasty way; I have seen that some pals fail this diet cause at some moment they find the diet boring, but, if we figure how to make the best dishes out of all these ingredients, we can easily make it to the end.

SOUP:
In my soup I use the same ingredients, but just change the onions for green onions, cause it kind of give a chinese soup flavor, which I love, I also use mushrooms and the chicken bouillon or some of the chinese soup powder that comes with these soups type of "maruchan", I have to throw the noodles though but they are really cheap and gives a great chinese flavor to my soup. Yummy!
FRUITS:
I don't know if you guys have the List of Negative Calorie Food, for Fruits, vegetables and Fish? If not here it is...
So, this is the list of fruits allowed in this diet, I got it from the Negative Calorie Diet Book.
As we see we have many options for fruits, I like to add Splenda to my Fruits to make it taste sweeter, Splenda has 0 calories and I feel really good with the sweet flavor of my fruits. Water, Tea and Coffee for beverages, I use Splenda for everything, so I never feel deprived
Ok, girls I am still on my 1st day, let's stay strong. Please share your tips with us so we can have more ideas on how to keep on track and enjoying at the same time of our menus.

Well for those who love lemon (ME!!)... I just add a lot of Lemon to my soup and its Delicious!! Oh and i liquefied my soup so i wont taste the CHUNKs:dry: But so far its my 2nd day and the soup os pretty good.. Looking forward to the Baked Potato for Dinner!! Good Luck!

Hi CSD Followers,
I had to start again today, I know
but hubby brought greek food and couldn't resist, shame on me
. Today I told him that I am doing this diet and beside calling me "Nuts", he says he will support me on this, so here I am starting over
but at least now he knows that I am on this and he will support, that will make it easier.
So, again 1st Day and I had:
- Big bowl of fruits (Strawberry + Melon), added cinamon and Splenda
- Big bowl of Soup,
Well I am not "the cheff" so it doesn't have the best flavor but I ate it all, I think this is a big sacrifice when the food doesn't taste nice, but beauty means sacrifice
It's just 1 week, I know I can do this, just need to be strong ![]()
How are you doing girls? Hope to hear from you, May God help me to keep on track and then get the results I want.
We will see the reward day a day if we really follow it tight![]()

Charito33 - it's great that you got back on the bandwagon. Anyone can slip - Greek food sounds really tempting to me right now!
I found day 3 easier than day 2. Fruit seems like more of a treat than vegetables. I've eatenloads of spinach, asparagus, salad, plums and berries, and more soup.
Tomorrow I'm meeting some friends and they'll probably want to get pizza. I don't know what I'm going to do, I can't really whip out a flask of soup and a banana.

Hi Paragon,
It's hard sometimes to make choices with strict diets like this, but perhaps you can get a chicken salad? just leave out the dressing and cheese, I know it doesn't sound so yummy but not bad either. Come one it's just 1 week. I know tomorrow is your 4th day but maybe you can switch your 4th for the 5th day, cause on day 5 you have that, veggies and meat, just switch the days.
PLEASE GUYS LET'S GIVE SUPPORT TO EACH OTHER

now you can spice your posts too. So, tell me how is your diet going? I have to tell you yesterday my 1st day was a heck of a day but I was strong through all the day, but very weak too.
This morning my weight is 4 Lbs off compare to yesterday...![]()
WEIGHT IS FROM THE MORNING AFTER PEE 
Day 1 = 147Lbs
Day 2 = 143 Lbs
Yeeeeeh! I am 4 Lbs off, but I was tight with the diet, didn't eat anything beside what the diet says, not even fruit juice, no cans, just raw fruits, tea or coffee and the soup. So now the reward is 4 Pounds off, it is very hard though, but we can do it!
TODAY IS CSD DAY 2
Ideas for Veggies from Negative Calorie Diet:
I have no idea how I will make this day tasty, maybe I will grill mushrooms and add some pepper, have veggie snacks like carrots and celeries, maybe some stirfry (using PAM) of zuchinnis and broccoli. Please girls give me ideas. 
I am eating or drinking nothing that is in cans, cause they always have sugar or corn syrup, don't drink those fruit juices on cans, a friend of mine failed this diet and that was the only thing to blame, if you have juice, it better be natural, made by yourself, and no sugar, use Splenda instead.
Ok Ladies here comes my second day, I will workout right now after posting this. I will do Turbo Jam cardio Party.
Have a great Slim day, remember, there is a purposse for all this sacrifices, nothing good in life is easier, but we can do this!!!

I chop up aubergine, courgettes, tomatos, mushrooms etc. spray them in 1 cal spray and roast them in the oven and it is delicious!
Oh diet on 5 strict weeks since Christmas I have lost in total 23lbs and am getting closer to my target of 130lbs I'm now at 136lbs and planning to start another strict week on Monday! fingers crossed and all that. Good luck to you on this!

I had my veggies grilled, Oh my gosh, it was soooo yummy!!! I couldn't believe how good it tasted, I also put some PAM butter flavor spray 0 calories and some ground pepper, it was really good, I think I will use that grill more often jeje.
So, I'm still hanging in there. I also want to lose many pounds, let's say like 30Lbs, my dream weight for my height would be 110Lbs but I have a middle goal of reaching 130 Lbs, now I am 143, so I think if I follow your steps I can be reaching them soon. Thanks for telling me about your great results. Keep it up sweetie

Yep and I am well up for starting Monday we can laugh our way through his flipping diet if nothing else!!!
We can only get 1 cal spray here in the UK not 0 cal or pam whatever that is?

Thanks everyone for your support, I am so touched. I like the idea of swapping days - that makes good sense.
In the end I did take a flask of soup and a bunch of bananas and told everybody it was because I was doing CSD. My friends were really interested and wanted to know more about it. And they were really supportive - we were all helping someone move apartment and once they found out I was trying to lose weight they kept giving me all the heaviest things to carry so I could get some exercise

Hi 18th April Starters - Day 6 today, nearly finished. I'm enjoying eating steak, but I'm not looking forward to the brown rice and vegetables day tomorrow. I like brown rice, but usually with loads of chilli and cheese on top, not just boiled vegetables. Maybe I can put loads of chilli powder in my cabbage soup and pretend it's chilli.

Hey.....YEa im enjoying my steak to the fullest.... although i cant eat as much as i use to.. i just nibble a lil here and there throughou tthe day.. i cant seem to fit it all in at once.... Im for sure not looking forward to tomorrow because i dont eat rice.. so its vegetables only
